StickEarn is a B2B ad tech startup, which means the sales deck is basically the product experience for a prospect. But every pitch, infographic, and client deliverable ran through design first, a bottleneck that made a lean team feel even leaner.
02
The Ask
Build a visual system the whole company could use without waiting on design, while raising the perceived professionalism of every client-facing document.
03
The Move
Designed a dual-style icon system (line and solid), embedded directly into Google Slides so anyone (sales, marketing, ops) could self-serve for presentations and collateral.
Redesigned the core B2B sales deck and client communication templates, since the whole business runs on being taken seriously in that first meeting.
Built a motion identity (bumpers, lower-thirds, credit titles) so the team could produce polished video content without a from-scratch edit every time.
Designed a Kampus Merdeka intern welcome sticker pack, converted into animated GIFs for WhatsApp, Slack, and Instagram: a small project that did real work making the company feel like people, not just a logo.
The best compliment a design system can earn is that people stop needing you for the small stuff. That's what frees you up for the work that actually needs a designer in the room.
Closing Insight
“If your team's still pinging design for the same slide every week, that's a systems problem I can usually fix in a sprint, not a quarter.”
